Join us for live group practice in the ways of Hardstyle kettlebell training with the OMP coaches. Mastering the kettlebell will translate to improved performance across all areas of your fitness. Swing, Squat, Pull, Press, Clean, Snatch, Get Up, & Carry your way to a lean, strong body that is capable of any task.

The primary tool used in this class is the kettlebell although Bodyweight strength movements like pull-up variations, push-ups as well as barbell variations make appearances as well!
