GETTING STARTED

  • Start with our Strong Start course—perfect for beginners. It’s a 6-week, coach-led small group program.

  • If you're new, Strong Start is ideal. For returning or experienced lifters, KB Strength or KB Strength Endurance may be a good fit. Still unsure? Book a free consult.

  • We recommend training 2–3 times a week for consistent progress. Your membership includes quarterly check-ins to help you dial it in.

CLASS TYPES & TRAINING OPTIONS

  • Yes! Train with Coach Luis, Coach Mel, or one of our certified instructors. Ideal for technique work, specific goals, or custom programming.

ONLINE & ZOOM CLASSES

  • Most classes are hybrid (in-person + Zoom). After booking, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email. Some sessions are Zoom-only—check the schedule.

  • Use the link provided in your confirmation/reminder email. Be sure your camera is on and your space is safe for training.

  • We recommend 1–2 kettlebells to start. Unsure about size? We’ll guide you.

MEMBERSHIP & PRICING

  • We offer 3 tiers:

    • Minimalist (2x/week)

    • Steady Progress (3x/week)

    • Strong Athlete (5x/week)

  • Since our memberships are month-to-month with no contract, you can simply unsubscribe from your membership through your account whenever you're ready.

  • Reach out via email support@ompgym.com or Discord. We’ll help you with upgrades, pauses, or changes.

CANCELLATIONS & POLICIES

  • Group Classes: 24-hour notice required or session is forfeited.
    Private Sessions: 48-hour notice required or charged in full.
    Strong Start: Cancel within 7 days of the course for refund minus $125 fee.
    Quarterly Memberships: Cancel within 14 days of start for refund minus $75 fee.

    Refund Policy:

    • No refunds after 14 days from purchase.

    • Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.

    Confirmation:
    You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request is processed.
