Join Oakland’s Most Powerful (OMP) for a hands-on seminar focused on two of the most effective “minimalist” strength builders: the Hard Style Kettlebell Swing and the Hard Style Push-Up.
This session is designed for anyone who wants to move better, get stronger, and train with more intention—whether you’re brand new to strength training or already experienced and looking to tighten up technique.

In this seminar, we’ll cover:
✔ Swing Technique (Hard Style) — how to hinge, generate power, and keep reps crisp and safe
✔ Hard Style Push-Up — full-body tension, strong positions, and scalable progressions
✔ Breathing & Tension — how to “breathe behind the shield” and use tension to increase strength
✔ Programming — simple ways to structure your week using swings + push-ups for strength, conditioning, and resilience
✔ Coaching + Real-Time Feedback — drills, troubleshooting, and individualized cues throughout
