We meet our students where they are and help facilitate their most meaningful expression of strength whether that is keeping up with grandchildren, performing a sport at their best, or simply optimizing quality of life in the here and now. We have more options and opportunities when our body feels good, is strong and is capable!
All bodies are welcome in this inclusive environment. We have worked with teens and 84 year olds and ranges in between! We work with bodies of all shapes and sizes. Every body has a story to tell and we honor that story.
