  • We meet in person and on Zoom on Mondays and Wednesdays at noon, and on Saturdays at 9 am for 55 minutes.

is our new starting point for all things kettlebell.

Whether you're brand-new to strength training or looking to rebuild your foundation, this class series teaches you how to move with power, control, and confidence — using kettlebells the StrongFirst way.

This isn’t a course. It’s an ongoing, coach-led program built around an 8-week rotating curriculum, giving you time to develop real skills at a pace that fits your life.

From your first swing to your first clean and press, you’ll build the strength, mobility, and movement patterns that carry over to our full KB Strength and KB Strength Endurance classes.
