Group Training Classes

  • KB Strong Start

    • Mondays and Wednesdays at noon, and on Saturdays at 9 am

    • Group classes on ZOOM & In-Person

    • This 6-Week Program is intended to take beginner students with no Kettlebell experience & bring them up to speed on safe, effective KB technique for group classes at OMP. The strength skills you learn with the KB will teach you principles that apply to anything you put in your hands. We will guide you to safer, healthier training for longevity & sustainable strength. Join us & experience what we mean when we say, “STRENGTH IS FOR EVERYONE!”

    • All movements will be expertly coached and scaled based on the abilities of the athlete.

    • Join us for live group practice in the ways of Hardstyle kettlebell training with the OMP coaches. Mastering the kettlebell will translate to improved performance across all areas of your fitness. Swing, Squat, Pull, Press, Clean, Snatch, Get Up, & Carry your way to a lean, strong body that is capable of any task.

    • The primary tool used in this class is the kettlebell although Bodyweight strength movements like pull-up variations, push-ups as well as barbell variations make appearances as well!

  • KB Strength Endurance

    • Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays

    • Group classes on ZOOM & In-Person, 55 mins

    • All movements will be expertly coached and scaled based on the abilities of the athlete

    • The strength endurance group class at OMP is a fantastic way to build strength AND cardiovascular endurance at the same time. Each class is designed to help you work hard, build strength, and become more fit - and to have fun doing it!!

    • Enjoy working together as a group to build rep strength gradually keeping your heart rate in a healthy range and increasing your stamina for whatever adventures you do outside of the gym!

  • Resilient Movement

    • Wednesdays

    • Group classes on ZOOM & In-Person, 55 mins

    • Included with all Group Training Memberships

    • We pack useful mobility tools to inspire your regular mobility routine or to be a quick way to infuse your workday with some light movement.
