Super Mobility Seminar

Learn how to move better from 3 Masters of Mobility: James Chung, Alex Nichols & Owen Chau - each one, a high level martial artist as well as a strength athlete. These extraordinary coaches provided loads of Mobility gold nuggets during our 2020 Super Mobility Seminar recorded on Zoom.

This event raised funds during the COVID shut-down to support two businesses that have helped their community move in powerful ways on the Jiu Jitsu mats: Ralph Gracie Berkeley & 10th Planet Oakland. We are grateful for these BJJ academies because they have made a huge difference in our lives and uplift their communities in such powerful ways!
