Super Strength Seminar

Enjoy movement wisdom from 3 different experts who presented during our 2020 Super Strength Seminar recorded on Zoom. These three POWERFUL Instructors emphasize strength in tandem with coordination, fun, and the use of one’s environment to stay strong.

The 3 “K’s” were originally drawn from Kick-punch martial arts (Karate, Kung-Fu, etc.) Kettlebells & Kali/Krabi-Krabong (Southeast Asian weaponry systems). With a syllabus that has shifted aways from stylistic to conceptual, K-3 moves away from combat-focused application towards sports, performance, & rehabilitation. Its aim is to improve your longevity & optimize your performance in life and sport.
